Felicia has a distinct passion for working with seniors. She is a certified dementia practitioner and core trained administrator with over ten years of experience in the senior living industry. Her experience includes roles as Executive Director and Sales and Marketing Director assisting seniors, families, and their loved ones with the transition to assisted living, memory care and continuing care retirement communities. She has extensive knowledge and skills in Southwest Florida’s senior living communities and guides families to the perfect solution for each of their unique needs. Felicia’s compassion and empathy in this area provides those she serves with overall peace of mind. She holds special designations as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), among others including PSA, and RSPS.

Felicia is very involved within the local community and serves as president on the board at Naples Interagency which raises funds for students going into the healthcare industry. She also served as a committee member and past co-chair for the Parkinson’s Association of Southwest Florida annual walk and co-founded the Purple Evening on Fifth Avenue South for the Alzheimer’s Association. 

Felicia feels family is not just an important thing, it’s everything. Much of Felicia’s perseverance comes from her family’s legacy of entrepreneurship and family roots derived from her great-uncle Farina’s fine design collaboration of Ferrari & Farina. Felicia grew up in Connecticut and moved to Naples in 2016 after vacationing here for many years. She enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, horseback riding, boating, and traveling.
